These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BFlow platform at bflow.bet.

By creating an account, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms.

BFlow is a virtual sports prediction platform. The virtual currency displayed (VUSDC) has no real monetary value. The $BFLOW token is a utility token used to access platform features.

BFlow does not offer real-money betting, does not hold user funds for gambling purposes, and is not a gambling operator.

Tipster subscriptions are paid in $BFLOW, an SPL token deployed on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. BFlow cannot be held responsible for errors in wallet address entry by the user.

The value of the $BFLOW token is subject to cryptocurrency market fluctuations. BFlow makes no performance guarantees.

Tipsters publish their picks under their own responsibility. BFlow verifies statistics automatically but does not guarantee future performance. Subscribers acknowledge that past performance does not predict future results.

BFlow reserves the right to suspend or remove any tipster account in cases of fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

Any user who chooses to place real bets at a bookmaker based on picks published on BFlow does so entirely at their own risk. BFlow is not responsible for losses incurred from real-money betting.

Content published by tipsters remains their property. By publishing on BFlow, they grant the platform a non-exclusive display license. BFlow reserves the right to remove any unlawful content.

BFlow may suspend or delete any account for violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.

BFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of France.
